Oregano Processing Service
In the Oregano process the objective is to eliminate impurities inherent to the product and coming from the field, such as sticks, dust and others. Going through a rigorous selection process, classification in sieves in order to obtain oregano with a granulometry of 4 mm for subsequent cleaning in a wind tunnel.
Our equipment is made of stainless steel, which complies with cleaning and disinfection procedures, minimizing risks of cross contamination.
To control critical points, we have 12,000 Gauss magnets.
We have the Sanitary Authorization granted by SENASA, so our entire process guarantees compliance with GMP, HACCP AND POES.
